Job Description :
This function will provide leadership development across the organization including but not limited to; building development strategies, programs, assessment and feedback process. This function will be responsible for the coaching process, mentoring programs, leadership interventions, Management Development Program and the Devon University Leadership curriculum. The person in this function will work collaboratively with specialist functions such as Organizational Development, Talent Management, and HR Managers providing sound recommendations and solutions for developing leaders; defining and driving organization development strategy; aligning programs with the company vision, mission and value proposition, business strategy and objectives to further the development of a world class business organization.This function will lead programs and initiatives in a changing environment, including leadership and manager development, leading to the sustainable development of leadership capabilities to support future business objectives by providing coaching and support to key leaders in the creation of robust development plans that meet succession needs• Design and gain support to build and deliver leadership courses and programs.• Customize leadership solutions and facilitate leadership and management programs as needed.
